Current public authority
Current products, pack sizes, prices and prepared delivery details appear only after the signed Command Centre public authority is verified. If it is missing, stale, invalid or contradictory, commercial facts and ordering fail closed.
Orders
An order is not accepted until checkout succeeds and confirmation is issued. Shared capacity, availability, parcel and fulfilment controls apply. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
The current UK and selected Liverpool delivery rules are approved and published. Ordering remains closed until the separate checkout and parcel gates are complete. Collection is not offered for new food orders. Read the signed-current delivery information.
Food information
Product-specific ingredients, allergens, storage guidance and dates appear publicly only after approval. Planning-only shelf life and unfinished packaging evidence are not customer guidance.
First Batch
Joining the pre-launch eligibility list does not create a code, reserve stock, place an order or take payment. Any later code is issued only when ordering is separately approved and is governed by signed-current authority.
Email welcome offer
Eligible customers who actively consent to join the Thilaka’s list receive one unique code for 10% off their first eligible online food order. The code is valid for 14 days from issue and can be used once. A minimum eligible food subtotal of £14.95 applies before discount. Delivery is excluded, does not count towards the minimum and is not discounted. The offer cannot be combined with the Starter Bundle special offer or another promotion. There is no cash alternative.
Customer feedback
Only owner-approved verified-purchase feedback from current public authority may be published. Low ratings follow the same moderation route. Invented testimonials, samples and placeholder ratings are not customer proof.
