Products and prices
We show current products, sizes, prices and delivery options in the shop. If we cannot confirm them, ordering will be unavailable until the information is restored.
Orders
An order is accepted when checkout succeeds and we issue confirmation. Availability and delivery limits apply. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Current UK and selected Liverpool delivery options are shown at checkout. Collection is not offered for new food orders. Read our delivery information.
Food information
Check each product page for ingredients, allergens and storage advice. Always check the label and best-before date on the food you receive.
First Batch
Joining First Batch does not reserve food, place an order or take payment. Any offer code will be sent separately if you are eligible.
Email welcome offer
Eligible customers who actively consent to join the Thilaka’s list receive one unique code for 10% off their first eligible online food order. The code is valid for 14 days from issue and can be used once. A minimum eligible food subtotal of £14.95 applies before discount. Delivery is excluded, does not count towards the minimum and is not discounted. The offer cannot be combined with the Starter Bundle special offer or another promotion. There is no cash alternative.
Customer feedback
We publish customer reviews only after checking that they come from real purchases. We do not create or publish invented reviews.
